Mother of three young children, internationally certified in Pilates, Barre, and anatomy, she created a unique method focused on enjoying life, body alignment, and human connection. Through movement and community, she overcame a deep depression, and now shares everything she has learned with her community. Do I need prior experience to join the classes?
Not at all! Our classes are designed for all levels. Whether you’re a beginner or already have fitness experience, you’ll enjoy each session and see great results.
What do I need for my first class?
Just wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely, and bring a yoga mat. We’ll take care of the rest.
What kind of exercise is Ola Pulse?
Ola Pulse is a unique method that blends Pilates and Barre in low-impact classes that are safe and effective. You’ll learn to breathe, align your body, and enjoy moving and feeling alive. The true secret of our method lies in the motivation and energy that arise when you connect with our beautiful community.
What are the benefits of Mat Pilates compared to Reformer?
Mat Pilates is performed on a mat and uses your own body weight as natural resistance. You’ll learn to work from your center, using your body as your main tool. With consistent practice, you’ll see great results in a short time.
How often should I practice Ola Pulse?
Ideally, 2 to 3 times per week to notice improvements in strength, flexibility, and posture. However, even once a week can make a difference if you stay consistent.
Can I do the workouts during pregnancy?
Absolutely! With your doctor’s approval, our classes are designed to safely strengthen the pelvic floor, support muscular walls, release tension, and build strength. Not only will you feel great during pregnancy, but these exercises can also help with weight management and support your postpartum recovery.
Where are you located?
