Not at all! Our classes cater to every level, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Your instructor will guide you through each pose, offering modifications to suit your comfort.
What should I bring to class?
For in-person classes, bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing that allows movement. If you join online, make sure you have a quiet space, your mat, and a stable internet connection.
How do online classes work?
Once you book an online class, you’ll receive a secure Zoom link. Simply join at the scheduled time and our instructor will guide you in real-time.
